A Camp Longhorn veteran, Wally Pryor is being inducted into the Texas Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame at a luncheon April 10th on the TCU campus. More information can be found at www.tsdhof.org Wally grew up next to Pat and Tex when they lived in Austin and helped with the construction of their home at Inks Lake that Pat still lives in today. He was a camper and counselor in the 40's and is the man behind those famous CLH road signs. He was a swim bay director and started the CLH "Wawa PoPo" tournaments that we still have today. Wally is also famous for naming our bathrooms, Libraries. He is the son of long time Inks Lake Girls camp director Mary Pryor for which Mary's cabin is named. His grandsons, Larsen (camper) and Jensen Dempsey (counselor), attend Indian Springs 2nd term.

Country singer Jack Ingram went on a promotional tour with Country Music Television in Beaufort, North Carolina for a promotional tour for his fans to go deep sea fishing with him for a day. Jack spent many years at camp as a camper and counselor. He has made many surprise visits to camp to entertain us.
